Massive spawning and some normal maplers have gm skill

Why sometimes theres massive spawning in fm...i dunt get it...and some normal maplers have gm skiills ... we should take action about the massive spawning..and bout the gm skills cantell me why some ppl hav gm skills or are they juz hackers?

is it the unlimited flash jump?
if it is..its actually allowed in this server =.=
but i dont get why they welcome hackers..
