local host: unable to connect to the login server.either u are njot online or maplestory is going through a server check etc.

this happens when i run draco story.does this mean the server's down?when will it be up? i really wanna play draco all the other servers so laggy draco's the best T.T

The server checker doesn't work I already tried it when it was on but it said offline.

What happening is the company wont let him use it or something like access it my old css server if you couldn't access it through the company you couldn't put it up restart it or anything
