Does eny one actuly have a solution

ok rilly i have read like 5 difrent posts about not being able to connect because of localhost now i don't want to see enyone say "Redownload this" or "shortcut this" i want a solution not something i have oviosly trie'ed im not a complete moron but it seems to me you guys are so don't give me no BS coment's about this eather because im sick of people "thinking they have a solution" when we have allready try'ed it

Only the admin can fix and I'm not sure about the rest.
